Amy uses many words to describe the life she has lived: daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, friend, teacher, tennis lover, and counselor. She uses her life experiences to help clients discover their authentic self. Her clients learn more about themselves by uncovering their own strengths, interests, irritants, and experiences. By using an integrative approach, Amy tailors her approach to fit her client’s unique needs. She helps clients with stress, anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship distress, trauma, and identity exploration (emerging adulthood, gender orientation, or gender expression). Amy strives to be an Ally to all LGBTQ individuals.
