Carolyn’s approach is deeply influenced by her background in dance, yoga, and music, which helps her guide clients into body-centered awareness—a mindful way of listening to the signals their emotions and physical sensations are sending. From this grounded place, clients often gain new insight, self-compassion, and confidence to take next steps.
