Why Career Coaching Matters for Young Adults
We often think we have to make the right choice the first time around. On the other hand, maybe you have already made one decision and are now second-guessing your choices. You are ready to start again on a new career path.
The truth is, our life presents us with a unique set of experiences, and these experiences shape the desires, interests, and unique skills that we have to offer the world. Traditional schooling presents us with traditional options; and while these career choices may make sense for some, they may not make sense for you. If you are wondering what your next career move should be, or if you need help navigating a career change; career coaching at The Well House can help you. Carolyn Taluja works with young adults and can help you reach your goals.
Career Coaching for Young Adults can help you connect with your life’s purpose
Often, we begin our career search by matching our interests with job criteria. We think about things like “do I want a desk job” or “how do I feel about public speaking?”. While these are important things to consider, they miss a very important aspect: fulfillment and desire. Without these two items, you may find a match in terms of salary or job description; but you will likely miss that magic piece of the puzzle.
The truth is, we are all here for a reason. Your life experiences and personality is perfectly suited to do something amazing in this world. You deserve to feel excited about how you spend your time. There are many facets to this kind of fulfillment and career counseling at The Well House can help you identify the best path for you.
